    Our standard building materials are most builders' upgrades. We use top-of-the-line building materials,
    which does not necessarily mean expensive. We take pride in craftsmanship.

      - A detailed proposal is drawn up that will let you know up-front the scope of work and cost.

      - Higher allowances on customer choice items such as plumbing and lighting fixtures,
        floor coverings, etc.
